Universelle Shop – Reseller Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Reseller Policy governs sellers who operate as resellers on the Universelle Shop platform.
Its purpose is to protect buyers, ensure fast order fulfillment, and maintain a fair and trustworthy marketplace.

By registering or operating as a reseller on Universelle Shop, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to the Universelle Shop Terms of Service.


2. Definition of a Reseller

A Reseller is a seller who:

  • Does not manufacture the products they sell; and

  • Sources products from third-party suppliers, wholesalers, or brands; and

  • Lists and sells those products directly to buyers on the Platform.


3. Order Processing Requirements

3.1 Mandatory Processing Time

  • Resellers must process and confirm every order within 24 hours after the buyer places the order.

  • “Processing” includes:

    • Order confirmation

    • Supplier confirmation

    • Preparation for shipment

3.2 Failure to Process on Time

If a reseller fails to process an order within 24 hours:

  • The order may be automatically flagged as Delayed

  • Buyer compensation or cancellation rights may apply

  • The reseller’s performance score and reputation rating will be reduced


4. Shipping Obligations

  • Resellers must ship orders immediately after processing

  • Tracking numbers must be uploaded to the Platform within the required timeframe

  • False, reused, or invalid tracking numbers are strictly prohibited


5. Reseller Performance & Credit Score System

Universelle Shop maintains a Reseller Credit & Reputation System to protect buyers.

5.1 Actions That Reduce Credit Score

A reseller’s score may be reduced due to:

  • Late order processing (over 24 hours)

  • Order cancellations caused by seller fault

  • Buyer complaints confirmed by the Platform

  • Failure to respond to disputes in time

  • Misleading product listings or pricing

5.2 Consequences of Low Credit Score

Repeated violations may result in:

  • Reduced store visibility

  • Restrictions on listings or withdrawals

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent account termination for severe or repeated offenses


6. Buyer Complaints & Dispute Handling

6.1 Buyer Rights

Buyers may file a complaint if:

  • The reseller fails to process or ship on time

  • The product does not match the description

  • The reseller is unresponsive or misleading

6.2 Seller Obligations

  • Resellers must respond to complaints within 48 hours

  • Failure to respond may result in automatic rulings against the reseller

  • Universelle Shop reserves the right to issue refunds directly from held funds


7. Inventory & Listing Accuracy

  • Resellers must ensure products listed are available and fulfillable

  • Listing out-of-stock or unavailable products is prohibited

  • Prices must be reasonable and not misleading


8. Prohibited Reseller Conduct

Resellers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Selling counterfeit or unauthorized goods

  • Abandoning orders after payment is received

  • Repeatedly delaying fulfillment without valid reasons

  • Manipulating ratings, reviews, or complaints

  • Circumventing platform systems or policies


9. Enforcement & Platform Rights

Universelle Shop reserves the right to:

  • Monitor reseller performance and order data

  • Hold funds for buyer protection

  • Adjust reseller rankings and visibility

  • Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of serious violations


10. Policy Updates

This Reseller Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
